Cancellation PolicyAvsar. believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
1. Cancellations will not be considered for orders received after 18/07/2020, consumers can only modify their orders only once. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
2Avsar. does not accept cancellation requests for preorder items.
3. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
4. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
Return/ Refund Policy1. We accept return request only if the product delivered by us is in damage condition, wrong product sent, product in dead condition or product is defective. Buyers will have 3 days and 7 days (7 days is applicable on purchase of a complete PC set) after delivery to inform us in case of any dispute in the order to claim for return. For order received after 18/07/2020 only replacement is applicable, no refunds will be provided.
If the seal of the product is opened and the product is not faulty then return will not be applicable.
2. Refunds against the order placed before 19/07/2020 will be initiated within 7-10 working days by deducting the convenience fee (if any).
3. Refunds for orders shipped before 19/07/2020 will be initiated once we receive the product back to our warehouse.
4. If the payment was made through our payment gateway then it will be refunded in same account by which the payment was done, in case of BANK TRANSFER and COD orders refunds will be done only in buyers bank account. Refunds usually takes 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
